What is the best age to start my child swimming?
We believe that starting them at an early age to great, the classes are designed for age 3 months and upwards. This helps with bonding and giving a relaxed sense of security through mum and dad around water.
Do I need to get in with my child/ren?
For all Aqua Tots sessions, we would need parents in to support their child and provide the security the child needs (1 child per 1 adult 16+).
For ducklings (age 3-5) sessions we would recommend parents bring their swim kit just in case they are needed for that extra support if needed, but we do try to encourage the child/ren to get in without parents.
Main stream sessions, no parents do not need to get in unless they are a career and assistance is needed.
