All staff are either Swim England or STA trained and continue to have in house training to keep on top of changes along with attending courses. They have all done their DBS Checks, First Aid at Work, along with their National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches, and Child Protection courses.
Our pool helpers also have training every month to make sure they understand what is expected from them and how Child Protection works.
Our staff are a hand-picked team and are picked because they are good at their job but also great with interacting with the children and gauging when to adapt lessons to suit the children they are teaching.
We accommodate all children including children with special needs, we can adapt the lessons or offer 1-2-1 sessions.
We will be running Holiday Clubs during school holidays.
Our core values are critical to our profession and represent the way we move forward towards our goals.

W – We Have Fun: Children learn through play. We keep the lessons fun, challenging and creative.
S – Safety Comes First: As teachers we believe that our children need to trust us before they can learn. We demonstrate behaviours to show children and you that we will always keep them safe and protected.
